It was “embedded world time” again. From 26th to 28th of February the international embedded community met in Nuremberg. With a clear focus on embedded technologies, the EW19 continues to be an important industry meeting place for developers and decision-makers and offers inspiration for a safe & secure connected future.
The visitors at the SYSGO booth were very impressed by the demonstrators. On one hand the complexity of the automotive demonstrator (based on Renesas R-Car H3) or the demonstration of a real Flight Management System (FMS) from Thales, whose file size and requirements optimally presents the performance of our RTOS and Hypervisor PikeOS.
Many visitors took the opportunity to get in touch with different experts from SYSGO. The discussions focused on how security-critical hardware and software is designed and how embedded systems can be protected against attacks – from basic standard conformity to a complex certification process.
In parallel to the fair, several workshops and a congress, the embedded world conference, took place this year under the motto “Embedded Intelligence”. The most important topics of embedded system development were discussed in several sessions.
